I am both honored and excited to share my personal journey with you because
it has been the fuel behind my decision to dedicate my life to helping others.
Once I discovered the incredible love, light and profound peace that is inside
of me (and is inherent in everyone), I was deeply inspired to help others
discover it within themselves. My heartfelt passion is helping people reveal
and reconnect with their true self, their love and light, and to move forward on
their life path knowing that we are all absolutely perfect, whole and complete.
With the energetic shift happening on our planet, we are all being called
to open our hearts and shine our lights brightly for all humanity.
If you are challenged with an imbalance in your life (on any level), are looking
for help moving forward on your life path or if your light isn’t shining as
brightly as you would like, I hope my journey leaves you inspired and knowing
that there are many people who are ready and eager to assist you. I am here
to help you and/or connect you with others.
About 10 years ago I finally quit denying my life wasn’t working. I was
unhappy, stressed out, living a life filled with fear and sadness and my
health was getting worse by the day. I longed to be healthy, to be
peaceful, to feel joy. I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “If you do what
you’ve always done, you’ll continue to get what you’ve always gotten.”
I knew I needed to make some major changes in my life and the only
thing scarier for me than making them, was NOT making them. With a
lot of determination, I finally took my first step out of a life I could no
longer bear to live. I soon discovered the journey I was on, was an INWARD
journey.
I spent 10 years on an incredibly intense journey of peeling back the layers of
heaviness and darkness that had been covering up my wholeness, my love
and light. The more of my true self I revealed, the more I wanted because
I continued to become happier, healthier and had developed a wonderful
sense of inner peace. Over the years, I worked with countless healing
practitioners, spiritual and personal growth teachers, attended seminars,
workshops, classes, intensives, practiced yoga and meditation, listened to
tapes and CDs, and I think I have read more self help books than have been
written. I literally threw myself into this path of self discovery and couldn’t
seem to get enough. (Truth be told, I still can’t!)
A huge motivator for me to move forward in my personal healing was a lifetime of health challenges including acute back problems. Trying to “fix” my physical challenges on a physical level never seemed to work. If something did seem to improve, another challenge just showed up in another part of my body. Working with
ALL levels of my being was the only way I started to see permanent improvement on a physical level. I found myself completely intrigued by the mind-body connection and saw profound changes in my physical health simply by releasing old thought patterns and beliefs. My initial and most impactful experience of the power of the mind was safely walking barefoot over 10 feet of hot coals at a Tony Robbins event. That’s a powerful mind!
I am a living testament to “change your thinking, change your life.”
One of my big realizations along my journey was that I had searched my entire life for love, safety, security, and fulfillment from OTHER people, from things, etc. The problem with that is when that person or thing went away, so did the feelings of being loved, safe and secure. The profound message for me was to learn to discover all of those things within myself. And so I did. Part of my healing journey was actually “dating” myself – for many years. We are all love at our core, and when we fully connect with that love there is no longer a feeling of emptiness inside or that feeling of needing someone’s love to “complete” you. It is very empowering AND the best part is that no one can ever take that love away – it’s permanent!
Self-acceptance was definitely one of my bigger challenges to overcome. The biggest culprit in my lack of
self-acceptance was being born without hair.
I am extremely grateful for all the people who have helped me along my healing journey. Following are a few of the people who have facilitated great transformation for me. (I would be happy to provide information or answer questions about my healing experiences with them.)
